Hi! If you’re reading this, then I should probably introduce myself.
I’m Dr. Paul-Henry Zottola. I was born and raised in New Britain, CT where I still make make my home. I first opened my practice in Rocky Hill as Zottola Periodontal Group; a practice solely focused on periodontics. It became clear to me that it’s easier for patients to not have to see multiple doctors, so I changed it to a general practice in 2009. Now called Zottola Family Dental, my staff and I are committed to providing comprehensive dental treatment in a no-pressure, caring and professional environment. I strongly believe in educating my patients to become better advocates for their own health. I’m happy to answer questions and do my best to explain treatment options. In essence, my practice is all about YOU; the patient. I’m here to help you.
In my spare time, you’ll probably find me reading, cooking, hiking, biking, being a music junkie or just being a total science nerd.

Ashley
Meet our Office Manager Ashley: Ashley has been in the dental field since she graduated as a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) in 2017 from Tunxis Community College. She joined our team in 2018 where she worked as Dr. Z’s assistant for 4 years before making the jump to the front office. Ashley loves to welcome our patients as they come for their appointments, as well as assist them with scheduling, treatment plans and insurance questions. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, their son, Mitchell and their dog, Moo. When she gets the chance she loves crafting, visiting the local vineyards and reading a good book.

Jessica
Meet our Dental Assistant Jessica: Jessica has been a dental assistant since she graduated from Porter and Chester with a Dental Assisting Certification in 2020. She has been a welcome addition to our team since 2022. Jessica stays current with her continuing education credits to increase her knowledge of the dental field. Jessica is outdoorsy as well as crafty, and often loves to go camping with her family in the warmer months

Avery
Meet our Hygienist Avery: Avery joined our practice in April 2023. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She is patient-focused and loves providing a welcoming experience to everyone. She takes satisfaction in making patients feel comfortable during their hygiene visits and likes to work on home care strategies to maintain their dental health between visits. When she is not at work Avery likes to spend time at her family beach house and is always up to try new foods.

Abi
Meet our Hygienist Abi: Abi has been with our team since 2023 after graduating from Tunxis Community College with an associates in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys meeting new patients, and being a part of their dental health journey. Her compassionate nature makes her a hit with patients as she educates them on the role dental health care plays into their overall health. When not at work Abi loves to snuggle up with her three kitties and struggle through puzzles.
